Its very nice but the hand is backwards and I think the ear on the blonde haired girl needs to be moved up just a smidge.

A lot of people are giving you tips about anatomy , lights and shadows, please try to give'em a chance, a lot of your mistakes are extremely basic and its kinda dissapointing to see them still there in the wall paper versions.
You are going to keep practising?
